Connect Problems

Hi, first of all, sorry for my English-speaking, i'm spanish.  I have a problem, fundamentally with my browser, I think. I can connect alone as a GM, but when other players join in the party, Roll20 starts to failing and it stops. Then an emerge window appears saying "The page don't respond" or something similar. It happens several times and i don't know what to do.  Sometimes I can play but when I join later than the other players.  Thank you so much. Mis bendiciones. 

Hi Carlos,  We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. How many players are in your game? Does this happen with this game only or all games? Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve this issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.  Thanks!
