Rollbacks are generally a pro only feature, you could get a month of Pro in which case 7 days worth of rollbacks will be available to you... or you may get some luck emailing <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and explaining your issue directly to the devs. Good luck!
