[LFG][5e][18+]Players needed for new Homebrew Campaign.

I am DMing a D&D campaign and am looking for 2-3 more players (we already have 2).   -Schedule right now is Saturday evenings at 8:00pm EST/5:00 PST -Sessions will be between 3-4 hours Campaign Name: Hic Sunt Dracones Since time in memorial Dragons have ruled the world with each of the five nations being ruled by a chromatic dragon. This has allowed for a time known as the Great Peace. But peace cannot last forever.  Campaign Information: -Will use Fearun maps, in particular, the Sword Coast Region, but the socio-political setting is homebrew. -Magic items are uncommon. There are no magic shops filled with whatever you wish to buy, but they can be found. -There will be downtime between adventures to allow for roleplay opportunities, shopping, etc. -Dynamic Lighting will be used. -Custom Calendar that will be used to keep track of time. More information about the campaign setting can be found HERE (Still a WIP): we will be starting out in the Federation of the Sword   Table Rules: -Know Your Shit. It is your job to know how your character works. As the DM I have enough to learn and know without knowing every detail of your character.  -This is my Campaign Setting. Don't expect to find everything that you've read in the rule books to exist, or works the same way. -DM has Final Say. If there comes a time where a ruling brings us into conflict, it is best to go along with the call made at the moment and we can figure out the problem afterward. -Be an Adult. Be considerate to your fellow players. Know when to hold back, and allow someone else to take on the spotlight. Your fun is not more important than someone elses. -Simple encumbrance will be used, players will keep track of rations, food, and ammunition. -There are some homebrew rules/features that I have added to the game such as; Mastercafted weapons/armor, Strongholds, Followers, etc.   Characters will be created during a session zero once all the player slots have been filled. It is okay to have an idea of what you would like to play. However, do not post an application with a fully fleshed out character. I will be choosing applications based on you, not your character . We will go into more detail during session zero, but keep in mind the following. -We will roll for stats with 4d6 and dropping the lowest (players pick where numbers go) -All Published WOTC content is allowed in terms of spells, classes, backgrounds. -All races from PHB except Dragonborn are allowed. -Characters will begin at level 1   Players must be 18+ years or older The game will include curse words, mature language, and situations. This will be a game for adults. There will be blood, sex, gore, death, etc. If it can be found in an episode of game of thrones, it's fair game. Rated R, not X. Players must be reliable. If you cannot make at least 90+% of the games, now or in the future as far as you know, please do not apply and waste my time or the time of other players. Hi, this looks like a very interesting campaign. Not just the setting, but also your expectation of what a D&D game should be. I have played and DMed in some campaigns in the last 4 years, but they all stopped at lv5 or less because of players frequently not showing up or even the DM deciding he doesn't have the time anymore. I am a fun and respectful person, and a serious, mature player who'd like to find a dedicated group. I enjoy exploring and combat, but also roleplaying. I try to do some voice acting for my character and interact with PCs and NPCs in a way that gives more depth to my character. But mostly, I like when the whole party is having fun together, I'm not the type of guy to try and do things solo. To answer your questions : 1. Unless I have a major reason to miss a session, in which case I will ALWAYS warn the group ASAP, I will be there on time. 2. I'm a Game of Thrones fan. Is there a god of tits and wine in your game? 3. Just turned 33 today :P 4. Already talked about that. 5. I've been playing and DMing on roll20 for some time. 6. If there is combat AND exploring AND roleplay, I will be a happy player. 8.1 Godric Bracegirdle (neutral good Battlemaster Fighter Stout Halfling with a sword and shield, Protection fighting style) Godric Bracegirdle comes from a family of thrifty halflings in the woods of Faerûn, south of the Sword Coast. He joined the military at the age of 19, fought in many wars, but because he's been very protective of his comrades ("A soldier's life is worth as much as a noble's"), he didn't make it very far in the ranks. At 31, after 3 years away from home, he went back to his hometown - only to find ashes, with nothing left of his family but names on a tombstone. Cursing the war, he left the military and has been wandering for the last two years along the Sword Coast, doing some mercenary jobs and spending his pays on alcohol and women. 8.2 Ulaan Baator / Darius Draxley (chaotic neutral Tiefling Warlock - Fiend pact, melee fighter using Pact of the Blade) Ulaan Baator was born from a Tiefling mother and an Orc father, and he inherited the worst of their traits. All his youth, he's been bullied and shunned by people because he was so ugly, and so he started to resent his parents for it. At 16, he fled from his home in Luskarn after setting it on fire, unknowing if they got hurt or even died by the flames. As he was travelling toward Neverwinter, his dreams were filled with the burning figures of his parents, and one night, as he woke up suddenly, he saw in the bursting flames of his campfire the apparition of Belial, the infernal lord of seduction and domination. He offered Ulaan a pact : he would make him handsome, and in return he would have to enthrall women in order to let them down. Ulaan then became known as Darius Draxley, and led a life of charlatan, seducing rich women to steal their jewelry. I come up with character ideas alot. But ill list a few that ive been thinking of trying out. But with only PHB races, there arent as many options i suppose. Wood Elf - Sailor. Monk - Way of the long death.  Grew up on ships, lost his father in a terrible storm. Captain took him in and raised him, readying him to command a ship one day. Learned to fight without weapons from watching his fellow sailors be so dependent on their swords and guns. Great at legends and storytelling, great man to have at your back in combat, loyal, but also worldly. Rock Gnome - Hermit. Artificer - Artillerist. A gnome exiled from home for his experiments being too dangerous. Learned to survive on his own, with just his toys. Loves tinkering, but can get laser focused if inspired. Not sure how to deal with people, but enjoys the company of warforged. Slightly condescending to those he deems, " less than" . Keep in mind these are just quick rough ideas.  Ill need to go over the actual character with you no matter what..lol. Hope to hear from you soon.

I prefer DEX-based DPS, either ranged or melee (so usually a +2 dex race). Need to discuss how you approach feats and such before I just throw up a proposal. I had a dwarven defender with the chuckster feat ( <a href="https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Chuckster_(5e_Feat)" rel="nofollow">https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Chuckster_(5e_Feat)</a> ) that once threw a dead horse at the guy who shot it... if we work together you and I can make a char that will be fun for all of us.
