[LFG] 4e D&D, Zeitgeist?

Really hankering for some good 4e, particularly Zeitgeist as I have yet to play it but have heard (and read, while avoiding spoilers) tons of good things. Any groups out there of similar mind? According to the forums there haven't been 4e LFG threads in years...
I am also pretty tempted to try playing D&D 4e again. I really miss the team work element that all the 5e games I play lack. I don't actually have any experience with Zeitgeist.

I'll see if I can hunt down some more interest via PM or discussion there or on EN World.
Hey hey, this is atlastrembles from over in the GitP forums. Looking for some 4E goodness :)
Hey guys, I been running a two-person 4E game (with house rules) with my wife but I am super excited to actually be a *player* again. Disclaimer: I am very experienced with 4E but very inexperienced with Roll20, so I may need a hand with the technical side of things.

In the meantime, some questions for you guys, and for our fifth from RPG.net when they arrive: 1. What days and times are you available to play? (E.g. "Weekends only" or "after 5 pm Pacific" etc.) 2. What campaign style/feature preferences do you have? (E.g. "no evil characters," "high adventure," "murder mystery" etc.) 3. If relevant, any character options (backgrounds, classes, races, themes, etc.) you particularly like or are likely to explore. For myself: 1. Either Tuesday or Wednesday (changes from week to week) and Saturday are my no-go days for evening play. (I run a game for friends either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on their schedules.) For the moment, I can meet basically any other time, but in a few months my schedule will become more restrictive. 2. I don't care for evil campaigns (I can, with effort, work with individual evil characters--but be forewarned, I'll probably work to 'redeem' you!) As I stated in the OP, I'd really like to play the Zeitgeist campaign setting, but it's not a requirement. I tend to favor "Paladins & Princesses"/"clean fantasy" games, and relatively high-fantasy settings. 3. There's about a 95% chance I'll be playing some kind of Dragonborn regardless of what we do, and probably a Paladin, unless someone else really wants the Defender role.
I currently play semi-regularly in a Monday night Mutant Year Zero game but its like every so often what with scheduling and I would be okay dropping it (I love the mechanics but the story is pretty ho hum). I also run a historical VtM 5e chronicle on Tuesdays but I'm looking to wrap that up because I've gotten bored with the chronicle and want to start running something else that night. I am available Wednesday-Friday after 4 pm PST, and I have been trying to have a social life on the weekends IRL but would be willing to game on Saturday or Sunday if that's what people need. The human that I am courting can usually only hang out on the weekends so that's my main consideration. EDIT if we haven't found a DM yet, I propose running the game. The last time I ran 4e on roll20, it was set in Ravenloft. I'm kind of tired of waiting for a potential DM to show up.
Prefer playing PbP rather than voice, but I can generally play Monday, Tuesday, or Friday evenings EST.
Thus far it looks like Friday is shaping up as our best option...here's hoping it's free for everyone.
This is a 4e campaign that I started running four years ago on roll20, its set in Ravenloft. Originally I only allowed a handful of races that were either human or could pass as human but I'd be happy to relax those restrictions a little. You can play a member of non-human race but you have to select a Hat of Disguise as your one starting magic item. When I ran it last time we used a version of my friends Vampire defender subclass, and I would really like someone to play one of those again. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/21749/van-richtens-guide-to-ravenloft

I'd be interested in playing a grim/gritty Ravenloft campaign. Will check out options and make a character on Mythweavers
I'll definitely need some time to think on it. I'm not usually so into grim/gritty/dark or horror stuff. But I'm also *really* wanting to play. I'll make a decision by the weekend.

Hey guys, sorry been busy with progress reports and final exams. My summer is pretty open so I'm pretty flexible, schedule-wise. As long as it isn't the middle of the night or something EST, I should be good to go. Ravenloft sounds interesting. I almost finished the campaign for that in the Neverwinter MMO. Hah! ;) I would also just like to say I am thrilled we found a GM, and its not me. Cheers. Trent

Having spent some time reflecting, I think this game is probably gonna chafe a bit too much for me. The kinds of characters I tend to play are either too straight-laced or too flamboyant to make sense wearing a Hat of Disguise to conceal their appearance all the time. More importantly, it sounds like my preference for minimal-grittiness would clash with what both you and other players are looking forward to. I'm glad you guys are off to a great start, though! I'll keep looking for a game better matched to my tastes. I'm certain, since you're DMing now, you'll find more players willing to join up via GITP, here on R20, or any of the other places around.
For the record I'm happy to play whatever setting/flavour. :)
