Having trouble getting player (with android tablet) to connect to game run on laptop. What am I overlooking?

Hi all! Sorry to bother with what I assume is a noob-ish question. I've been on roll20 for years, and my two nephews and niece have taken notice. They want me to run a game for them, only they have tablets, of which I know little about. I've set up a test game, and I can see the listing is active. Simple enough. Now I've sent invites to them, but they don't go through. I've tried to search for my game listing on their thier end, and it doesn't show. I've tried scanning barcodes, but they come back as error. I've tried typing in the link to join into their search bars, and it comes back as not having permission to access that page. I feel like I must be missing something obvious, but I don't know what. Any advice? 

It's probably that you need a plus or pro account for tablet support? <a href="https://app.roll20.net/account/supporter" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/account/supporter</a> I've never used it, so I'm not terribly certain...

I run a game from my android, I log in via Chrome and it works ok [some features dont work well but thats less of an issue for players] though I find that I can only get the editor to properly load if I have it load the site in desktop mode [an option that, as far as I know, is available on all mobile versions of Chrome] For a step by step: Open Chrome Tap the three dots at the top of the page Scroll down and check the 'Desktop Mode' option Log into R20 then join the game, the editor should properly load. Again they might not have access to every function [for example I cant change my avatar colour] but character sheets, the map, handouts, etc. All work just fine Hope that helps out and happy gaming
