Problem with Spell Slots showing

Hi, I have a problem with my Bard in my campaign. his Spell slots are not showing whatever I do. even when i make a new character the spell slots don't show. I have other characters where is works perfectly. I don't know what to do. can anyone help me?

Try this.  Go to your Attributes and Abilities tab and look for the attribute named "lvl1_slots_total" or something like that.  In the first input box change the value from 0 to whatever is correct.  

Apparently those were not added for the character. And whenever I make a new character for this game now they don't get added by the Charactermancer. Is there a reason for that?

I have created a Level 1 Lightfoot Halfling Bard and was not able to recreate this issue.  To rule out any potential issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the name of the campaign and thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
