My game does not open

Hello. I've lost access to my game. The code ID:   3a4d3ff5f37a4372add29baab21b9686 It does not open from any browser. nor does it grant me access via mobile devices (I've tried a few). I can provide more information, but I think, it's not something related to my PC.

The devs have said elsewhere: The devs are aware of an issue that was causing problems loading into games. A fix should have just went out that resolves this.
