Hi, I have moved away from where I went to university and I am now distant from a really good group of friends that hosted a really fun tabletop rp group I was part of. My Preferences: Free to Play (I'm skint!) D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or Dragon Age ー But I am interested in trying out SciFi like Starfinder. Arcane spellcasters, but I have played a variety of classes like Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Cleric, etc. ー I don't like "treading on toes" and I would prefer to know what others are playing and fill the gap. I can provide an example of a character I've created if you'd like to see. The roleplaying/story part of tabletop, I'm not a huge fan of min-max or mechanical playing, and I sometimes make small mechanical sacrifices if I think it reinforces my character's backstory. A friendly group that can be light-hearted sometimes, but can take the game and story seriously when it matters. I think it's more respectful to the DM! Weekly sessions at most, monthly in the least. My timezone is GMT. My only request is that I don't want my character to get strangled, it's my only trigger (that I know of) and I would like to avoid it in tabletop if I can! My experience: I've played a long AD&D game in my childhood and returned to playing 3.5 in 2014, was introduced to 5E and Pathfinder about a year later (and I've DM'd Dragon Age a few times, and intend to continue that at some point in the future), and I have played a couple of sessions of 3.5 on here. Please contact me if you have an opening! I'd love to be a part of a consistently running tabletop group again.
