Duplicate Notifications & Unable to Dismiss Them

I'm having two problems with the notifications that appear when you click on the envelope. First, every time someone posts a reply to a topic in my game I get 2 notifications for the same thing. Second, both clicking "Dismiss" on the notifications and clicking "Dismiss All" does not remove them.

The notification dismissal bug is a known issue and the Devs are working on it. It supposedly limited to the home page and maybe another one or two. Try dismissing the notifications while in a thread or on a different page. You can read about it in the  infrastructure bug thread . The double notification tends to happen if you have clicked the follow this topic button in the game forum. Not sure if you did that but that typically is the culprit.
