No horizontal scroll bar on any character sheet.

When ever I launch a game for d&d 5e no matter what size I make my character sheet there is no horizontal scroll bar. I have tried it on several different campaigns and they are no different. I have no Idea om how to reproduce this issue as it spontaneously happened one day. I can't pinpoint when it started. Web Browser Chrome 74.0.3729.169 Operating System Windows 10 (64-bit) Javascript Enabled Anti-virus: unknown Add-ons: none relevant Log: Refused to cooperate, I did notice that there were 3 errors and 19 warnings I can try to post if necessary.
Hello Addison V., I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the horizontal scroll bars. Please provide us the following information: Name of the campaign this issue is happening in. Does this happen in any other campaign? Does this happen in a new campaign? Additionally, to rule out potential issues, please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the Console Log so that the devs can look further into this issue.  Thank you!
Thanks for responding. I tried all of those steps and I am working on getting the correct log. I did also notice that display names are now leaveing the map are when I am playing with a lot of people.

I think they only appear if the window is popped out. At least, that's how it works for me.
