Lost progress (again)

I use tokens to create npcs and i write dialog in the token for reference as well as their description. So many times everything is fine when i log off but wnen i log back in all my work is gone! It's getting extremely frustrating, how do i avoid this? I am getting so demotivated, i was going to work on my game today but having to redo previous work over and over is just gutting me...

Are the tokens that you previously had on the vtt blank/gone or are you trying to have default tokens for those characters contain this information?
They are tokens i have put on the board via the monster manual and im putting the notes in the GM notes section. The other tokens are still there. What i have noticed is that the token position also reverted back to the position it was in before i started adding the information. It almost seems like my progress has either  not been saved to the server or the server was rolled back to a previous instance.

Hmm, odd. Have you noticed a large red banner appear while you've been working?
No there was no indicator that there was any sort of connection troubles.

Hmm, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps and submitting a console log for when you set up the tokens and another one for when you load the game back up. I'd recommend using pastebin or something similar and just linking to them.
Alright i will try the troubleshoot procedure and when it happens again make a report. Thanks for have a look at this with me Scott.
Hello Anthony Lions, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your tokens. To rule out potential issues, please attempt the  troubleshooting steps  given by Scott C.. Additionally, it might be due to how you have the  tokens linked to their journals . Please review that wiki and verify that the tokens are being setup properly. Thanks!
