When you set a character sheet in the game settings, this does not auto generate character sheets in the game, it just tells the system what sheet to use when one is created. Have you actually added character sheets in the game? https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Adding_Characters
I'm sorry but in the wiki I can't find anywhere how to add one, it just say that once you've setted, it will automatically show. The fact that in my settings under "Character sheet template " says "None" means something?

Maybe we are talking about 2 different things. In your game settings, you need to set the character sheet you want to use. If you haven't set one, then when you create a character in game, you will have a Bio & Info tab and an Attributes & Abilities tab. If you have set a character sheet in the game settings, then there will be a 3rd tab in the middle of those labeled Character Sheet. You need to choose a character sheet for the game system you want to play from the dropdown in your game settings to have it available in game. If the system you are using doesn't have a character sheet in the dropdown, you can just use the Attributes & Abilities tab to create stats and build ability macros while leaving the character sheet set to None in game settings. The wiki talks about setting your sheet here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Character_Sheets A list of available sheets is here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Character_Sheet_Index It doesn't matter if you have a specific character sheet set in the game settings page or not, you should still be able to create a character in game. If you can't get a character in game, then how to add a character to the game is described in the link from my last post. Go to your journal and click the add button (or right click a folder if you have created one) and select character from the dropdown menu. Once you have added one, it will only be visible to you. You will need to edit the permissions and assign view and edit permissions to your players for them to be able to access and edit their sheet. More info on settings on the characters once created and the tabs can be found in the link from my last post that I will add here again for convenience: https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal
Hello Blackholes, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with selecting a character sheet. I have taken a look at your campaigns and I do see 2 of your campaigns that do not have a Characters sheet selected. To rule out potential issues, please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the name of the campaign and which character sheet you are wanting to use. Additionally, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log !) Thank you!
