Cant drop item in Compendium

What compendium are you trying to drop from, which character sheet are you using and which compendium items are you having trouble with?

Sorry i should say Spells, and from the PHB, and one of my players Sheets, trying to add Find familiar.  

Which sheet are you using? Not all of them accept drag and drop. Is it just the one character? Also, make sure the sheet is not popped out into its own window. Drag and drop only works with an engaged sheet.

The D&D 5th by Roll20 the drag and drop worked before, and i can do it on two other char sheets,just stoped out of the blue on tow others. and nope not popped out.

Just stops at returning, does not drop spell on to char sheet. I've asked for help on this and some other problems with no luck.

To rule out potential issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us the Campaign name, name of the Character sheet, and thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) So will waiting on a answer on whats going on, or even a oh hey we are still working on it, starting to feel like my money is being wasted when i cant use what i paid for, or get a answer from some one other then saying the same things over and over again like a drone.

Hello Crow, I have pinged the devs for more information on this issue. As soon as we have some, we will be sure to let you know. In the meantime, did the workaround provided by Drespar work? 

Well my player end up remaking his sheet for the three timed, but it seems to be working fine for now.

Another thing tho, is the music, after about 15-20mins of game time, the music for my players starts to cut in and out, are work around is to refresh the webpag but that wont work all the time. and same for the animated Image will go Black or white color for some players and others not.

You might get better response by starting a new thread for a new issue, or posting in the official feedback thread if one exists, for the feature you are having problems with. I think the Jukebox feedback thread is here , and the animation thread is here . I think the music cutting out after time has been reported from several users.
