Map not loading

Hi there. I'm having issues viewing my map for our session. I've restarted my computer, I've reloaded Google Chrome browser. All the pop ups and journal entries work just fine, but the map for our session is completely missing. Please help if anybody can. Thanks!

  Here's what I see. All other windows work, except for the map. I've also followed all the instructions for the Chrome browser on the help page. I've disabled all extensions that could block any issues with roll 20 in Google Chrome settings. Any direction you can give me would be much appreciated!

Hello Kate M., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with viewing the map.  Can you verify if this issue is still persisting in Firefox? Ensure that you have cleared your cache in Firefox and disabled all extensions and add-ons as well.  If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4  of our  Solving Technical Issues  guide, providing the Console Log. Thanks!
