Hi Bell, Welcome to the hobby. Finding a decent game on roll20 can be pretty tough as a newbie. Filling out your profile fully might help with your chances, as it's one of the few places dungeon masters can get information about you as a player. You can also opt-in to have your profile in the player directory, so that DMs can find your profile and see you are searching for a game. If you make a Looking For Game post on the forum, it is useful to mention your timezone and the times/dates you will be available to play. The best way to get into a game though is probably to search for a game via the LFG tool https://app.roll20.net/lfg/search/ and put in an application for games that you like the sound of. As a newbie your best bet is to look for one-shots that accept new players, or join a Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign, which is a great adventure module for introducing new players to D&D. Wizards of the Coast have made the basic rules for D&D 5E free, so you can try it out without investing any money: https://dnd.wizards.com/products/tabletop/players-basic-rules - It might be worth having a read of the introduction section if you've never played a tabletop rpg before. Here is a link to a youtube video from WebDM explaining D&D for a beginner (starts 10 minutes in) https://youtu.be/9eDqH-BAzXM?t=601 If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

This is a Level 1 introductory adventure. This will start June 20th at 11PM EST (GMT -5). Character creation: No Evil alignments. Hey, I just made a post about maybe running a game for newer players. You can check it out here and let me know if it sounds interesting: https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/7513945/
