Found in a tattered notepad, aged beyond all reckoning. The youngest in the group, he was convinced to check out the ship, the Eudomenia. Previously working in the machining shops as an assistant, he was shown the ship, and threw himself wholeheartedly at the project once the ship took him out of the planet's sphere of influence for the first time, returning with the scent of exploration, freedom, and more than a little bit of burning coolant. Teaming up with Phoebe Valeria, the new pilot, he set about getting the ship ready for whatever expedition they were preparing for. Once the others arrived, the first destination was a common market, a space station, with a lot in trade goods. The trip doesn't start well, as instead of jumping, the power cuts off. After some chattering from the pilot's seat, the power's restored, and we finally make the jump. Of course, the ship probably shouldn't be shaking so much, and the heatshielding shouldn't be shedding quite so often. The Phoebe and I are both convinced we're gonna die. The meeting with the new crew members confirms that. Awakening to the ship shaking and dropping out of jump, they find ourselves in a mess, and after some emergency repairs, they find ourselves alongside a derelict ship. After a brief discussion, Tiberius is chosen, for his engineering expertise, to take point, with the ship's only space suit, to find out what he can, maybe grab some easy salvage. He stumbles over an avian, alerted to it by Phoebe, its space suit is shredded, but the helmet and canisters may be useable. As he put them in the airlock and return, there's a bunch of pods of some kind, and interred within are avians in space suits. Taking one pod back, Xandar gets kitted out, and he joins Tiberius to assist. As we're checking rooms, the comms seem to cut off, and we lose contact with each other, as they're walking down the corridor, he hears Phoebe telling me to stop and back up to the wall. Looking down, something's wrong with his tracks, they don't seem to come from where he thinks he was walking. Unnerved, Tiberius returns to the airlock. Or tries to. He follows the tracks to a mess hall. Somewhere that he wasn't before. He mulls over trying to access a dataslate or not. Thinking better, he thinks about finding a physical map. But suddenly the monitor comes to life in front of him, with a command prompt. ..."Do You Need Assistance? [Y/N]" [Y] ..."What do you need?" [Directions to Airlock 2040] Diamonds light up on the floor leading out of the mess hall, and Tiberius follows them, praying for a hail mary. At a junction, there's a change, red goes one way, yellow another, but then all the diamonds turn red. Touching the console, he types for directions to the bridge. Green diamonds appear on the floor, and he follows those. He's on the bridge. A fight happened in here, dead avians, After designating himself as the acting captain of the ship, he powers up the bridge. With the atmosphere and power restored, he begins taking off the helmet after checking his suit telemetry. He's sitting in the chair, and manages to turn the power on. That's when he notices that his neck is itching, scratching below the collar, and he sees the helmet floating away, he looks at his hand, it's coated in blood. Oh no. Leaping, he grabs at the helmet, latching on with the tips of his fingers, he manages to get a grip. Just as he's resealing the helmet, his vision fades away. [Something is here, the ship lies to you, it tries to trick you into ending yourself. Kill it for me. My name was Tiberius Husagodby, my crewmembers were Phoebe Valeria and -DATA CORRUPTED ]
