I have my WS, BS, etc in a character sheet, plus a WSAim & BSAim (where the +10% is added) and I have macros that look like this: /me draws an arrow faster than an eye can blink, takes careful aim, and releases /r d100<@BSAim It spits out a success for anything less than my BSAim stat. :) When there are modifiers (shooting into combat say) I either manually/mentally adjust the result, or manually enter the roll. I also have my init set to /me rolls for init . . . /r d10+Ag Works quite nicely.
