Anyone got more cyberpunk suggestions

I’m looking for anymore cyberpunk movie, books, manga/anime, and games suggestions
Check out Hardware, with Dylon Mcdermot, pretty cutting edge for its time. Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Altered Carbon, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, Any William Gibson Or Bruce Sterling books, Snow Crash is a great book. Deus Ex Mankind Divided video Game. These are pretty good to start.

The various Appleseed movies/manga are also good
Check out this link. It has tabs for 2077, books, movies, music. etc plus it breaks down the game very well. https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Page https://www.ign.com/articles/2018/09/01/10-great-sci-fi-stories-to-tide-you-over-until-cyberpunk-2077

Hello, I will tell you what I added to the side-bar on p. 178 (original edition), "A Cyberpunk Filmography" (p. 177 had a bibliography, of SF books) The book printed these suggestions: Blade Runner (1982) Max Headroom (80s TV series of a bizarre future and a journalist going to the wall to get at the truth, aided by an AI who accidentally looks like him! The satire came from issues and situations similar to our own time.) Terminator (there was only the first movie in the series in 1990 when the book came out) Alien/Aliens Liquid Sky (bizarre movie of a miniature UFO collecting substances from peoples brains if they took heroin or...well, bizarre stuff) Overdrawn at the Memory Bank (TV movie, I think the late Raul Julia was in it, who you may remember as Gomez from The Addams Family 1991) Mad Max, The Road Warrior, Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome... Cyborg Total Recall ------ Here are the added suggestions I had penciled in: Robocop series Freejack (1992): A man who is going to die anyway is time-napped and projected into the future by a billionaire who wants his chemically untainted body. But he escapes and discovers this grim future world, and his old girlfriend who is now much older! Emilio Estevez, Mick Jagger. Until the End of the World (1991, directed by Wim Wenders, 2h38min but also a 5-hour cut!): William Hurt, Sam Neill, the late Solveig Dommartin. A gentle movie about the near-future with very little violence but a R rating for other reasons. A party-girl meets a man who heisted a miraculous device, and this results in a merry romp around the world ending in Australia, pursued by two bounty-hunters. With a kicking soundtrack by the likes of the Talking Heads, Peter Gabriel and U2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfFWBWKwQT8 Outland (space mining colony on Io, before we knew it was super-volcanic. Sean Connery.) Johnny Mnemonic (wooden-faced Keanu Reeves in a role before he became wooden-faced Neo in THE MATRIX), based on a William Gibson short-story. Strange Days (1995) A small-time crook peddles brain-recordings but gets entrapped by a psychopath who films "blackjack" (snuff situations) for kicks. Ralph Fiennes. The Fifth Element (hyperkinetic comic-book like future world. Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich) Gattaca (people are either genetically pure or they are oppressed) TEK WAR series of 4 movies and then TV episodes, 1994 (from books co-authored by William Shatner. They had a great clip 11 minutes into the first movie about what Netrunning is like.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yk8GrGl7_yg&t=11m06s The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension (1984, Peter Weller before Robocop) (Buckaroo Banzai invents the oscillation overthruster which can project him into another dimension, but aliens already came from there and they want back in!)

COWBOY BEBOP is anime, about a crew of a space freighter trying to make a buck around the solar system. Radical Edward, the hacker, is introduced in episode 10 and joins the crew to lend a hand with her Tomato Computer.

There was one graphic novel series from the 80s that I remember fondly, and the particular style was almost as good as WATCHMEN. AMERICAN FLAGG starts in 2037, and you can buy the digital version of the first 12-issue run. Reuben Flagg, native-born Martian human and former holovision star (turfed from the show, but his likeness still generated by CGI to keep the show going), joins the Plexus Rangers to enforce the law in the corrupt Chicago Plexmall. A riot of sound-effects leak from the jagged, surreal comic-book frames. For age 18+ only. https://www.thatsnotcurrent.com/mystery-action-american-flagg/ The rights to American Flagg have been bought by EuropaCorp for a planned TV series.

And if you never heard of him before, listen to a little Gary Numan . He was a punk rocker who wnt all-in for synthesizers and helped pioneer their use in pop music, and adopted a cold robotic persona (Nu-Man, get it?) with a thin thread of emotion struggling to get out. He made allusions to dystopian, dehumanizing themes. He sang much more than "Cars" and after his career flopped after 1983, he had something of a revival singing in the industrial metal style. https://youtu.be/3Ymk9WJMxdI "Metal" (1979) https://youtu.be/lllHxxj_Yhc "Are 'Friends' Electric?" (1979) https://youtu.be/E4Lo-D8NQF0 "Cars" (1979) https://youtu.be/u4EMmvP8rWo "Down in the Park" (1979) https://youtu.be/lhMX8f64hh0 "Praying to the Aliens" (1979) https://youtu.be/bg1Vz-oUosk "I Die: You Die" (1980) https://youtu.be/dsA-kgFP37k "Pure" (industrial metal, 2002) https://youtu.be/X6nmepWa3fE "We Take Mystery to Bed" (1982)
Films: Hackers; Fifth Element (police-state moments); Aeon Flux (original MTV animated); the Animatrix; THX 1138 (dystopic future-world, George Lucas) Games: FF7(first 5 hours); System Shock 2; Uplink; I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream (text adventure/aquired taste); AdvertCity Books: Physics of the Future (Michio Kaku)

Most of mine were listed, but I do have one... at least as far as looks at the Megacorps (Wayne/Powers), what Hab Blocks/a Cyberpunk city skyline/nightclubs would look like: Batman Beyond. 1st/2nd Episodes (Split into a 2 parter) feel a good bit more like a 'run than a Superhero of the future series.

Amen. Jokers = Bozos, Venom Patches = Lace, and Knux = Linear Frames.
Does anyone own Cyberpunk Red?

I own the CP Red Jumpstart Kit box. In the form of a .pdf it's only $10 on DriveThruRPG currently.
The Dune film has has some cool stuff. Equilibrium Film. The most recent Dredd film is very cyberpunk. Some great elements to reference there. Strange days Escape from New York/ LA There are dozens of good anime out there with cyberpunk vibes. Deus X franchise latest games were not so good. Most of my suggestions are on the fringe of cyberpunk or have some elements. The above lists are very good and comprehensive. I feel there are a couple of things missing from the list but atm I cant quite come up with the names.
