Hey we have been using the google + sound board (very limited) while we are playing and we thought it would be a great addition for Roll20 to put in sound effects specifically for RPG like Pathfinder. What say you?!

-1 One of the biggest selling points Roll20 has is the fact that it's not system dependent. On the other hand I can't really think of how sound effects could be specifically designed for a system.

There's nothing specifically for Pathfinder that couldn't be used for other fantasy rpg's unless you're talking about voice acting with lines from the adventure paths.
