This can sometimes happen when someone closes their browser instead of ending a session by logging out of the game on the settings tab. The easiest solution is to have them log in and then log out properly.

It's harmless too. One of my players was like this for several months earlier this year, but it went away as soon as they could play again. If the player has departed Roll20, you can get the Roll20 staff to sort it out for you.
