Hello, I have only been playing around with my gallery, and when I refreshed my game, it got stuck on the black loading screen (it showed about 4 messages before getting stuck on one.). I cannot access the text chat, cannot interact with the map, nor see any journal entries. The only things I can see are the things in my gallery when I am in game. I have tried all three steps (checked both chrome and mozilla, issues are the same on both, ran the browsers without extensions and cleared my cache). I cannot access any other game other than the tutorial, though it does mention my connection to the server being interrupted. I have restarted my router, my laptop, but to no avail...Any other website works fine and this has never been an issue before. I use a Windows 10 64-bit OS, the version of my Google Chrome browser is 74.0.3729.169 and my Mozilla Firefox is Firefox 67. I have javascript enabled, my antivirus is not interfering, and I have disabled every extension I had.
