Unable to see charecter or map

Any suggestions?

We'd need a lot more information in order to help: Are you the creator or GM of the game? Are you sure there are tokens and maps to be seen? What do you see? Is this a module? Has the gm set up Dynamic Lighting or Fog of War? Does your token have vision? Do you have a character attached to a token, on the token layer?

Please provide us the following information: The name of the campaign. Are you a player or DM? Name of the character. Do you know of anything that might have caused this issue? Screenshot of the issue. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps of our  Solving Technical Issues  guide? (See below) Once we have more information, we will be able to provide you with additional assistance. Thanks! To rule out possible issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
