Only seeing a white screen (in FireFox and Chrome)

When I log into any of my three games, I'm unable to see the map or any tokens (just a white screen). I first noticed this problem June 19; the previous time I logged in, June 13, I had no such issues.  I typically use FireFox (details below), though I tried also with Chrome and that didn't solve the problem for me.  You should be able to reproduce the error by logging into any of my games.   Details: Browser: Firefox 67 (also tried with Chrome 75.0.3770.1) OS: Windows 7 Javascript? Yes Anti-virus: COMODO antivirus Extensions: Privacy Badger -- which was previously enabled without any Roll20 difficulties ETA: I tried clearing the cache, which didn't work.

Hi Jacob, Sorry to hear you are experiencing some troubles! Let's see if we can get you back up and running. I was able to go into 2 different games under your account and see both maps and tokens. I was having no issues with a white screen. Based on your console log, I suspect this may actually be related to either your anti-virus or extensions blocking WebGL. Can you perform the following steps for me please and let me know the results? Disable all extensions and your anti-virus software Log out and back into Roll20 Try to re-enter several games
Thanks for your quick response. I tried all three steps (and restarted Firefox for good measure) and continue to see no map or tokens in any of my games.
I continue to not be able to see the map or icons when I log into my games. I again cleared my cache and disabled extensions and virus protection, then logging out and back in again. The latest log, in case that helps, is at the top of the Google Doc Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jacob, When you encounter this issue do you notice any other tools around the editor? i.e. Journal, Settings, etc.? Additionally, if you go to this link, do you see a spinning cube?&nbsp; <a href="https://get.webgl.org/" rel="nofollow">https://get.webgl.org/</a>
I see the chat bar, Journal, Settings, etc. (See latest screen shot at the Google Doc ) I don't see a spinning cube at the webgl link (I made sure to update my drivers as it suggested, but I think they were up to date unless there was a change between June 13 and June 19 when my problem started). (I also tried again in Chrome for good measure, with the same results.)
Hi Jacob, While in chrome, could you enter the following into the address bar:&nbsp; chrome:gpu Specifically, we are looking for any conflicts that might be popping up here. You might also try rolling back to a previous version of chrome/firefox and seeing if you are able to rectify the issue. It is possible a recent update caused some conflicts.

I inputed that into Chrome; it won't let me past the results here, so they're in the&nbsp; Google Doc . Thanks again for your continued help.
