I'd like to see D&D Beyond and Roll20 linked that way we all save money.

I'm sure it's been discussed left to stew and discussed some more, but I am on the poor side of America and D&D Beyond has all the books and has a digital tool as well.  I would love to see a link between these warring factions that works for the good of all.  I'm sure there is some technical and codeing things that need to be done but wouldn't it just be lovely to buy the book in one place and have them in both.  I can afford to buy two copies of the books.  If WotC has agreements between both sites... wouldn't they be allies?

That's a whole slew of licensing entanglements, and I'm sure it's been looked into exhaustively.  While it's possible, we won't hear anything about it until it's on the verge of implementation.

I'm worried that if Roll20 becomes too tightly bound to WotC and D&D, that the tool's support for other rules systems might suffer. I'd like Roll20 to remain rule system neutral.
Hello B Simon Smith.  I'm sure it has and all tho not intimately involved with licensing and stuff.  I'm aware it happens and it's...a huge maze like undertaking of red tape and legality issues.  Mr. Farlops.  You do have a point.  I hadn't really thought of it like that.   Maybe we can convince Roll20 to bring in the Blood hunter class made by Mat Mercer.
Have you tried Beyond20 extension for chrome?
I have not
