Overall, I'm not looking to rewrite much (if anything) from Fate Core, as it all works together rather well without tweaking. However, there are a couple changes I'd like to implement: MHR Style Initiative - This is easy. Basically, the character that acts first is the one that makes the most sense. Essentially this character is "elected". From there, the next character is elected. Everyone gets a turn before the turn is over. If I as the GM have someone on "my" side go first, then I pay the player a Fate Point. It is basically from this

A second one, based off of this : When a +4 is rolled, the character receives a Fate card. They can use this card to replace any die roll. In addition, on any die roll the player may opt to draw from the Fate deck instead of a reroll when spending a Fate Point.
