Players with the same name share avatar and text

So I had set my in-game name to "Dungeon Master". My players were being introduced to how to use the "Speaking As" function in the chat. One of my players attempted to impersonate me by changing their display name to match mine, including the (GM) at the end. Whenever I sent a message in the chat immediately after him, it would fall under his avatar as if  he  had said it. Not sure if this has been fixed yet or if it was even intentional, but I just thought it was confusing when it happened. Here is a screenshot of the chat of one of those instances

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the Game ID and complete Console Log!) Thank you!
