Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying

Hello guys, as you may know, English is not my main language, so, take it easy on me. But that's not what I want to talk about. I came, here again, to talk about SIFRPG. I never realized that ROLL20 has two sheets for SIFRPG, one is called "A Song of Ice and Fire." and the other is "Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying." "A Song of Ice and Fire." Is made by Raul Hess and "Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying." is made by Alex Ott. Both of them are great sheets, but Alex Ott one is slightly better, it has more details to it, and has more options for rolling, etc, all that nerdy details that we all RPG fans love. HOWEVER, the sheet does have a problem or two. The first and more problematic one: The rolling system is completely broken, I can't tell why, but the roll is just broken, it tells the number of dices, but it doesn't roll. This is probably because of some roll20 update. The second one is not really a problem, but it makes the sheet almost impossible to find, the search table from "edit game" or "create game" has a hard time finding this sheet, and this makes it almost impossible to find, I just found that on a mistake, and it is a great sheet it should be getting more views from the small community that still plays SIFRPG. These two problems are in Alex Ott Sheet, "Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying.". And I'm here to ask for a fix for this sheet, I think a simple tweak on the codes should fix the first problem, as for the second one, I don't know. All I ask is a simple fix for this awesome sheet, so it doesn't die on its own. Thank you.

According to the github , coldrage101 authored and clevett updated that sheet 11 days ago to "fix rolls" Make sure you are using the latest sheet. If there is still a problem, you could try contacting them directly from the github site.

If it doesn't roll correctly I suppose is the old version, right? And if does, How do I update it? Thank you for sending the github page! Totally forgot about that. Thank you for replying!

Those questions are a bit beyond me, since I never have actually used github, only pulled things from it. A Pro user could manually install a sheet from the git repository, but free and plus users are limited to what has been activated by Roll20. My guess is that something updated 11 days ago is probably active on Roll20 from the drop down install. My best advice would be to contact those users by their github links and ask for more information. I know nothing about the system (despite having contributed to the rulebook!), so I don't know if the issue log here has any information that might be useful to you.

I see the problem now, the link you provided " A Song of Ice and Fire " is the sheet I mentioned earlier as the "less detailed one", you see, their different. " This is the Sheet I mentioned, A Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying " this is the detailed one, and it is perfect in structure! The only problem is that rolls are broken, instead of rolling the dice's it just shows the number of dices it should be rolled. I will try to make a request on GitHub to fix this. Once again, thank you!

Ah, I must have misread the first post. Good luck!
I want to make a quick update, I made the request on GitHub, but I couldn't let my ass down and just wait, and despite knowing nothing on programming, I read some roll20 wiki about rolls and come up with a simple solution inside the rules from the book. This is what a test should look like following the exact rules from the core rulebook. < td >< button type = ' roll ' class = " sheet- " name = " roll_agilitySpecialty1 " value = " & {template:sofai} {{input= @{name} rolls Agility:@{agilitySpecialtyname1} [[ ( [[ ( @{agility} + @{agilitySpecialty1} ) - @{wounds} ]] ) d6dl@{agilitySpecialty1 }sd - @{injuries} - @{fatigue} ]]}} " ></ button ></ td > And this is the update from 6 months ago, as you can see some of this rolls doesn't make any sense. < td >< button type = ' roll ' class = " sheet- " name = " roll_agilitySpecialty1 " value = " & {template:sofai} {{input= @{name} rolls Agility:@{agilitySpecialtyname1} [[ ( [[ @{agility} + @{agilitySpecialty1} + @{wounds} ]] ) d6dl@{agilitySpecialty1 }sd + @{injuries} ]]}} " ></ button ></ td >

This is what a test should look like following the exact rules from the core rulebook So if you test your macro, does it work as intended? I tagged the sheet's original author and the author of the latest change in the GitHub Issue, so they'll eventually notice
I'm having a look at it now.
I have created a pull request with a fix to this issue, so it should be fixed when that is merged. https://github.com/Roll20/roll20-character-sheets/pull/5247

Thank you very much for your reply and help! I posted the needed changes on GitHub.

And I'm hoping that you can help all of us SIFRPG system users. Now that the rolls are fixed, there are some minor bugs, me and a couple of friends tested and found some bugs. The ability button "Knowledge" is trying to roll the "language" skill, which occurs on syntax error. In "intrigue and combat" the "initiative" button rolls it correctly, but it shows no text on the chat, not even the results of the rolls. however, it adds to the initiative table successfully. Still, on the "Intrigue and Combat" in the weapon section, all the weapons rolls are broken, the same as the first bug that I pointed out. It shows the number of dices, but it doesn't roll it. And the last but not least, the "Movement" section in the "Intrigue and Combat" is bugged as well, not the whole thing, but there's a system problem regarding the rules from SIRPG. Movement is based on a pattern of "4 yards + RunSpecialty/2 - Bulk/2" This formula is working perfectly, except that in this system we can't have ".5's" never. When it comes to running speed the calculus is " 4(4 Yards + Runspecialty/2 - Bulk/2 ) - Bulk. " For example, Matt has a base movement of 4 yards, he has the run specialty on 2 and bulk of 1 . Matt's final movement pool is a Move Speed of 5. and running speed of 5 * 4 - 1 = 19 Yards. Another Example, Matt2 Has a base movement of 5 yards because of the quality " fast ", he has the run specialty of 4 and bulk value of 2. Matt2 Has a Move Speed of 5 + 2 - 1 = 6 Yards. And a Running speed of 5 * 6 - 2 = 28 Yards. Well, that will be all, thanks again, and I hope you can help us again. Thank you and have a nice day.
