Dynamic Lighting Bug for player

I've set up dynamic lighting for a one shot, did the lighting borders in the dynamic lighting layer, added a light source. For some reason one of the players I have been testing the feature out with could still see the entire map despite how I set up the lighting. When I go into player view it seems normal, dynamic lighting is working properly. Global illumination is turned off so all I can see is darkness except for the 20 ft. Light the torch is giving out. I even rejoined as a player and gave it temporary control of the same character my player is using. And it showed what I saw in player view. Everything was completely normal for me and my alt player account. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or of it's a problem with my player's browser or roll20.
Hello Fionnah R., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. To be sure I understand, you are not seeing the entire map as intended while your player is seeing the full map not as intended. Could they previously see the whole map before you enabled Dynamic Lighting and such? If so, have them try the following  steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues :  Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
