Can't See Map Player Perspective

When loading into my Dm's game I cant see my token or others tokens or the map I have run through the forums and tried various solutions and have been unable to fix it

Things to check: You are using Chrome or Firefox The GM has you on the right page That page has a token which represents a character controllable by you (double check that token was set up properly) That page is not completely obscured by Fog of War (the default is fully obscured) If that page uses dynamic lighting, your token has sight and a light source My first guess would be that it is some combination of the last three.
