Hi there! A quick introduction: I'm Joss, your poor DM who has a terrible, awful, no-good Idea. I've found myself with too much time on my hands this summer, and I've decided the only way to fix this is to run the Curse of Strahd campaign as a god damn marathon. Realistically, we're talking probably 6-8 hour sessions, either every other day or two on / one off, because anything more than that and I'll end up fried. I'm expecting 40 - 50 hrs of gameplay, which is in all honesty pretty optimistic. Is this for you? Short rules: I'm only comfortable with players 19+ (I'm a feeble old woman at 29), and preference goes to other members of the LGBTQA+ community. Due to the intense timeline that I'm thinking of, moderate experience with game mechanics will be necessary. We'll be leveling up every other day, give or take, so a certain level of familiarity is needed to keep things moving smoothly. I'm not opposed to players who have prior experience with the Curse of Strahd campaign, either, although I would like to try and keep any meta-gaming to a minimum. Is there anyone else crazy enough to take on this challenge with me?? Is it even worth asking for applications??
