Drag Drop Not working

I am new at this so I hope I am doing it right. Last time using roll20 I had no issues. the next time I go to use it and put a custom map onto the grid it simply wont drag and drop. This worked last time I was using it and nothing has changed in my methods. I've tried other images that worked last time and they do not work this time around. Their does not seem to be any rime or reason for this and now I'm simply stuck unable to prepare or do anything for my next upcoming campaign. WTF is going on this is extremely frustrating. The images are jpg, and Im' using google chrome.

I am having the same issue. I am trying to upload a jpg map that is 4.7 MB (2464x2579). I have tried to use Chrome on Linux/Windows and Internet Explorer. Is there a restriction on how big (in pixels) an image can be?

I just tried again to upload the same image, and it worked... so I guess there was just a glitch. I just wanted to let you know. Tobi

Hey forgot that i had posted this. I figured it out... well not exactly. I shut everything down and re-logged in and everything suddenly worked haha. Computers eh. I'm really unsure what happened and why certain things worked and others didn't. I'm happy now that everything seems to be functioning great and like normal. Thanks for the support Jeff :)
