Looking for a ruling on gaining hex as a Witch for pathfinder.

I am using the table as I work on my character. I am creating a Witch for Return of the Runelords Campaign level 18 of my Sihedron Hero. Looking at level 10 I gain a Hex and in comma says Major Hex. Does this mean I gain a normal hex and major hex or just a Major Hex?

I believe you just get 1, however you can choose from the normal or major list when choosing your hex once you reach level 10.  This is the same way rogue talents work, giving you a basic list, and then opening up another list to expand your options at level 10. (This thread may get shut down since it isn't specifically about roll20.  That forum rule is fairly strict.)
Major Hex Starting at 10th level, and every two levels thereafter, a witch can choose one of the following major hexes whenever she could select a new hex. You can pick either a normal hex or a major hex, not both.
