Trying to start a game can't select a character sheet stuck on "Processing"

Help! 

I'm trying to start a game, trying to select a character sheet. I'm selecting 5E by Roll20. I click save and it sits on Processing for hours. 

I've tried refreshing the page. Restarting my browser. Resetting my router. restarting my computer. Going to a coffee shop to use THEIR wifi. Stopped all things using Wifi except Roll20. It still won't let me select character sheets for my game. Also I'm new so if I'm doing something wrong that would be fair. Been like this for hours and this is the third day i've tried this. But please help <3 

Can you not even enter the game? That sounds like a very odd bug. You are selecting the sheet to use during game creation, correct? Are you using either Chrome or Firefox? Have you tried creating another game using that sheet, or another game using any sheet?

Just trying to narrow down the breaking point, since this is not an area of Roll20 that usually gives a problem.

I can enter the game. 

I'm trying to pick a character sheet setting in game settings and when I click "save changes" it sits on "processing please wait" forever. 

I'm using Chrome. I tried deleting the game and creating a new one. Same problem. :( I can try picking a different 5E sheet since it wouldn't really make a difference would it as long as its still 5E right? 

Update: Same issue with other 5E character sheets.

I am sorry for the delayed response.

Can you verify if you are still having issues? I have taken a look at all of your currently active games. They all have the D&D 5E by Roll20 character sheet selected.
