Allow cropping of tiles/tokens

Hey there - was just thinking that design options could be substantially expanded with the ability to have a crop tool for tiles and tokens so that we could use a piece thereof (e.g. just a tree). If this already exists (or is a wontfix) and I didn't realize it, please pardon my ignorance!
