3D dice not showing up

My 3D dice are enabled and I've reloaded the page a few times and they're still not working, any help?

Make sure you're using a supported browser (Firefox/Chrome), turn off all your addons for this test, and clear your cache -- see if that fixes matters.  If it doesn't, submit a full console log.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   Thank you!
