Increased Tablet Support

Have some ideas for improving tablet support. As it's severely lacking in the browser (chrome): - press and hold should bring up the standard right click menu instead of pinging - measuring tool can be where the ping can be moved to - delete button for tokens in the advanced settings popup menu. There's no way to delete tokens once they're on the map in a tablet
