Hey guys, I'm Mathy. I'm a 29-year-old dude that is just looking to get into a 5E game (voice, I'm not crazy about text-based sessions). As stated in the title, I'm super flexible schedule-wise and I'm in CST. My schedule is as follows. ___ Monday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wednesday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM -- I have a weekly errand around 5:45 or so -- then 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thursday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Friday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Saturday: 12:00 PM 12:00 AM Sunday: 1:00 PM to 4:00PM -- weekly errand -- then 7 PM and 12:00 AM ___ Now that we've gotten the 'boring' stuff out of the way, let me tell you about me as a player. I've been playing D&D off and on for about ten years or so-- I never really got a full grasp of the game until 5E came out because, quite frankly, a lot of the other iterations were just a bit too number crunchy for me and I got a bit overwhelmed. That being said, 5E is a breath of fresh air to me, given how streamlined it is and how freeing certain aspects of the game can be. I'm not much of a minmaxer, I'm more of a roleplayer. I just play what I think would be fun in all honesty. I can play whatever class / race is needed as I've got plenty of ideas for characters that are just waiting to come out. In regards to my preferred campaign, I'd say that 65/35 would be a good RP-to-combat ratio for me. I'm a pretty easygoing guy and I just want to have some fun in a game of 5E. If you have any other questions, feel free to send a message my way on Roll20 and we can exchange Discord info. I look forward to hearing from you, potential DMs!
