Maps/pictures won't load on any games?

Hi,  I'm wondering if anyone can help me. For some reason I've stopped seeing maps on any of my games. This just randomly happened one week and I was told by the DM that he hadn't changed any settings. We haven't been able to fix it because we don't know what caused it in the first place but this is the third week in a row where nothing has loaded.  I've tried resetting all my settings, using different browsers, clearing my cache, clearing my history and lots more that I can't remember! Please could someone possibly help before  I throw my laptop out the window? I've put a screenshot below, this is literally the only screen I see no matter what the DM does with his settings. 

I am currently having the same problem, im working on a future game and things were going fine until I just tried loading in a new grid and now nothing is loading in. Not even the map i had already been working on just minutes before.

I'm seem to be having a similar problem with some maps in the Hoard of the Dragon Queen.  Some maps are presented to players others are not.  I'm using the CTRL+L in GM mode to check what the character should see but when I switch to player mode, I only see the player's token.  I did clear everything from my browse as advised in another post...same result.

Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   Thank you!
