Hello everyone, My regular group and I are looking for one or two players to join us in a game of OpenLegend . We play at 8pm on Thursdays (UTC+8). This is a free, totally online system that is classless and lets you focus on creating the concept that you want. The system is limited by your backstory and the precedent set with your abilities, so that no one person ever becomes OP. (Backstory and limitations are really important, so please prepare to do a little bit of homework in the first week). Our setting is the Frontier, a wild and untamed wilderness with colonies that homes almost all of the magic and magical creatures. You have been tasked with destroying the Mirror of Blood, an enchanted mirror that exposes those with magical potential, but also serves as a gateway to demons. To do this, you must lug this bulky mirror across the dangerous Frontier and discover the Lost Forge of Batu. This setting is low-magic in the Old World, which is based a little bit on Renaissance Italy, and high fantasy in the Frontier, which is more akin to traditional high fantasy settings. We will be spending most of the time in the Frontier from here out. The group consists of me, the GM, and two other players from all around the world. We are light-hearted and a touch inexperienced, but we focus a lot on the narrative and are trying to improve our roleplaying skills. We prefer new or new-friendly additions who are 18+ and can speak conversational English. The game has been going weekly for a few months now but this is a great time to jump in!
