I can't purchase anything from the marketplace

I keep getting an errors each time I attempt to purchase anything from the marketplace. I've tried restarting roll20 and reinputting my card but the error keeps occurring.

I have contacted them but wanted to see if anyone else was having similar problems

Let's get you a leg up on the process and start with&nbsp; the first three steps of the guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) &nbsp; Most Mods will toss this to you to start out with as the process of gathering information about the issue. A Mod will be around sooner or later but it will make their jobs easier if you already started this.

Bumping. I have the same issue , can't purchase anything and the same kind of error but with a different error code each time. Tried on chrome and a freshly installed firefox. Even tried on my smartphone. Asked a friend to try as he purchases regularly and he has the same issue. Not with card but with paypal.
