Roll20 will not open in Hangouts

Normally Roll20 works in Google Hangouts absolutely perfect for me but when trying to start tonight's game I could not load Roll20 in Hangouts and received the following messages... There was an error loading your app! This app couldn't open because it didn't provide required information. - appeared when trying to start a game in Hangouts from the Roll20 campaign page. The page at https://ega1ishctv8cj3blqun89... Fatal error: Unable to retrieve authorization token, Please reload and try again. - appeared when having a Hangout already up and clicking on the ROll20 app button. I am able to duplicate these problems every time. I did follow the "Read this first" post instructions and still get the error messages. I'm running Windows 7/Google Chrome
Do you get the same error in Firefox?
I do get the same error in Firefox, though, I've never been able to get Roll20 to open in Firefox previously. I've never had an issue with Chrome and Roll20 before now.
Problem solved - Google Talk Plug-in was either missing or disabled. Re-downloaded Google Talk Plug-in and everything works just fine.
Good to know! Glad it was an easy fix . :)
I am experiencing the exact same problem. I started a thread about it here , which did not yield a solution. I had previously uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Talk Plug-in, to no avail.
Sorry that fell through the cracks, Robert. I'll address it in your original thread.
