That's a global attack modifier. It's a repeating field, so it won't show up on your attribute list. You can see it right below your attacks on the main page of your character sheet. I have seen a bug that creates a Bless modifier when you turn on the feature to show global attack modifiers on your sheet. It's pretty harmless, since it's a common modifier. Just turn it off. You can toggle it as needed.
