Problems with my campaigns, notes and NPC's just gone.

A few days ago an error is happening on my account. Whenever I try to join in my campaign on my main account, I can't join it, it just loads into a white screen. But when I sign in with another account, I can join my campaign, but, a lot of notes and and NPC's are gone. I really don't know what's going on. This is happening in both my campaigns. (Wohir: The War of Fools)(Wohir: A Guerra dos Tolos). Step-by-Step: I just  click in Launch Game, then white screen, then back to the exit_landing url. Operating System Windows 10 (64-bit) Web Browser Chrome 75.0.3770.142 Javascript Yes. No Anti-Virus software. Hi Roger, O Deus -  If possible, would you mind verifying if this issue persists in Firefox? Verifying issues in both Chrome and Firefox assists us in narrowing down possible causes. Thank you!

Thank you!  Hello Nicholas I tried Firefox, but the problem persists. The same thing happens in both browsers And thanks for helping
Hi&nbsp;Roger, O Deus -&nbsp; Thank you for that additional information. Additionally, would you mind providing the complete console log of when you experience the issue, not just a partial? Instructions for doing this in Google Chrome are below. Having the complete console log is really helpful to us in troubleshooting these kinds of issues. Thank you in advance! In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions:&nbsp; <a href="https://support.google.com/docs/thread/1873663?hl=en" rel="nofollow">https://support.google.com/docs/thread/1873663?hl=en</a>

Hello Roger, O Deus - After reviewing the back-end of those games, we noticed that there were some injected scripts. Our recommendation is to disable those scripts and/or other extensions as Roll20 is very sensitive to this type of interference.

Hi Nicholas So, I did some little things after your last message. 1- I disabled all extensions 2- And I turned off the computer, via the button 3- I waited for about 3 to 4 hours And vuala, I can join my sessions again, I don't know what they did, but thanks But there is still a problem, my files, notes and etc are still missing And they are very important, could you help me again?&nbsp;
Hi Roger, O Deus - Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done in regards to the missing data, as it could have been caused by the scripts you were using. Some troubleshooting steps you could try would be: Check to see if you made any changes to your Art Library Attempt to test the issue on another browser (Firefox vs. Chrome) Copy the game and see if the issue persists on the copied game
I did everything you said for me to do. But still missing the files I think I'll have to rewrite it all anyway, thanks so much for being so helpful and helping so much
