Show image of speaking NPC - Possible with Macro?

Hi all,  I like to do a lot of voices for my NPCs but would like if this could be combined with a picture of the NPC that is speaking. In my ideal world, I could click on a token and hit the macro and it would show the token /NPC image to all players the way it shows images when I push a handout to all players (Show to everyone). Along these lines it would of course also great if it vanished again as soon as I'm done. Is there any macro or something like that? I'd like to keep it out of the chat.  Thank you for your suggestions!

You can hit shift-Z to show a selected graphic to all players the way the Handouts pop up.  They can dismiss it themselves by clicking, but that's about as close as you can get. If you change your "speaking as" to the character, it will show their avatar instead of yours, but that relies on them having their "Player avatar size" setting on something other than "Names only".

Thank you! I think that could work!
