hi my charactermancer wont alow me to open it

I'm here to post my problem about my charactermancer not being able to be opened I've tried everything to see if it would work but it hasn't came up to be anything so I was wondering what do I do I'm having a couple games coming up here soon and it was running just fine and everything in my processor and in my computer is running just fine it just won't let me use the charactermansur and I don't know what to do and I'm kind of freaking out about it if anyone knows what to do please PM me or something if anyone knows what to do please PM me or something 

1. What sheet are you using? Not all support the Charactermancer. 2. Have you gone through the guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? 3. Have you got Charactermancer turned on on your Campaign Settings Page? 4. Have you tried pressing the buttons on you character's settings tab that bring up the Charactermancer and Charactermancer Level Up?

Yes I've looked through the entire thing and it still hasn't shown up for anything about you know not being able to edit my character sheet I've only been using the D&D 5e sheet  and it's been with Only two campaigns and I was able to use and then all the sudden I wasn't able to access it I can go to the website I can do everything with it I just cannot edit them I can't even see you where they are half the time and I don't know what to do

Hello Nate M., I am sorry for the delayed response.  However, we need more information to be able to help you with your issue. Is this issue for a game you have created, or one you are playing in? If it is for the game you have created, I only see one and it does not have a character sheet selected . You will need to select one to be able to use the Charactermancer.  If it is for a game you are not the creator of, you will need to reach out to that GM and find out if they are using it or not. All three of your other games, for which you are not a creator, are using various settings.  We hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thanks!

Dragon Dreamer   i have tryd to do every thing and it still has not dun anything to help get all my info it still puts that an error to the ceritormanser its wont even let me see my sheets and its frustrating cus i was so excited to start playing
