Stuck at loading screen.

Good afternoon, I am currently DMing a campaign called "the lost mines of phandelver" and I am unable to do much currently because everything freezes the roll20 UI. Chrome prompts a wait or kill because of no response for the page. I have tried on three machines and have had the same issue on each of them. This is only affecting this campaign, the campaign I am a player in is fine.  Please help! Thanks, SPITFI7E

Check to see if the page you are on has both Advanced Fog of War and  Global Illumination turned on. If so, deactivate one of them and see if that doesn't clear up your problems.

Thanks I'll give it a shot. Unfortunately I'm not able to get into those settings because of this infinite loading screen.

Hey I appreciate the response. I cleared my cache and was still having the issue, I even logged in on another machine and the issue was happening on that one as well. I eventually did get in, and I resized the map and redid all the dynamic lighting (significantly less detailed and pretty). It loads in pretty quick for me now, we will see how my session goes on Tuesday when all the players are in.
