Maps are not loading for certain players.

Hi, I'm pretty new, so I've been trying to just figure stuff out. I am starting to work on a campaign and made a test map just to get used to things, but the map appears blank for certain players. On my computer, everything loads fine. But I also tested it on my Macbook pro, and my girlfriend's Macbook to see if either would load, and they wouldn't. I've made sure the image is on the map layer, as well. I've also looked at other posts to see if any of those solutions would work, but none that I saw helped. Thanks in advance!

Hello Tyler,  I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.  To be able to provide assistance, we need additional information as to what your players are actually seeing. Are they just seeing a black screen/'map", or the grey background?  Have you checked their Token Settings to ensure they have sight? If possible, can you provide us with screenshots of what your players are seeing. Can you provide us the name of the campaign this issue is happening in? Once we have this additional information, we will be able to provide additional assistance. Thanks!
