Game header image can't upload

I've just set up a new campaign, but when I try to upload a game header image the upload bar appears but doesn't progress. However long I let the page sit, nothing else happens and the image isn't saved. I've tried in both Chrome and Edge at this point, using both larger and smaller images, but without success. Any idea what might be wrong?

Be sure you are not using a file with a .jpeg extension. If you are, change it to .jpg and try again.

Hello Andrew P., For more information about supported image files, please check out the Images and Animation section on the Wiki.  As an additional note, the image file you upload will need to be less than 10MB for a Plus/Pro account. Furthermore, it does count towards your quota. As such, please check to make certain you haven't reached your limit yet from you Account page . That solved it, cheers - it was just too big.
