Looking at running a Saga game and was hoping to get the deck add on. A friend of mine got it running about 6 years ago and now I cant remember how he did it!
As it is not in the marketplace, you will need to get digital copies of the deck front and back then upload them so you can start building your deck(s). Wiki: Card Deck
