Audio and mic issues in a game

Hi, I am not sure if this is the place to post this, but my GM and I both have paid subscriptions to roll20, our game has either 7 or 8 people DM included and every session someone cannot hear or see someone through the server. It always changes who has the problem and resetting it seems to play technical issues tag and moves on to someone else. How do we fix this issue and is there a fix?
We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   Thank you!
Connectivity issues like that with the in game voice and video service are quite common.  Games with more than 4 participants seem especially hard hit.  If the troubleshooting tips above don't resolve your issues, you may find it easiest to use something else for voice comms, like Discord or Skype, so at least gameplay isn't affected if cams go out.
Ok I will try that. Thank you guys for responding!
